Summer Tennis Tournament 2006

Date: Saturday, August 5, 2006 9:00am-7:00pm

Place: McGuane Park (2901 S. Poplar Ave./ 29^th Street and Halsted Street, Chicago, IL 60616)

Entries: 1. Men Singles, 2. Women Singles,

3. Men Doubles & 4. Mixed Doubles

Prize: Trophies for 1^stand 2^nd of each entry

Format: Round robin matches within each group then play offs.

Fee: Single Entry- $10.00 each, Doubles Entry- $8.00 per player ($16 per team) if registered before the due date (late fee $5.00 per entry applied after the due date) .

Equipment: Each participant brings your own racket(s) and a pack of new balls

Notes: - 2 entries maximum per player.

- No refund if the player withdraws regardless of any reasons

- If a player is late more than 30 minutes, he (she) is considered forfeited.

- MACRO reserves the right to change the rules without notice. Appeals, if any, will only be accepted 15 minutes after the game, and MACRO’s decision will be final.
